Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to unify and scale operations across entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, building an operating system and standardizing processes, implementing automation, and ensuring cross-country coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations, or Systems Management
- 8–12 years’ experience in operations, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or prop trading
- Proven experience in ERP evaluation and implementation, process re-engineering, and SOP design
