We are seeking a seasoned Prop Trading Operation & Risk Manager to oversee the stability, compliance, and execution of our trading operations. The ideal candidate must have a solid background within a proprietary trading firm, possessing a deep understanding of account structures, platform mechanics, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Mandatory 3–5 years of experience within the Proprietary Trading industry
• Strong understanding of prop firm account structures, trading platforms (MT4/MT5, DxTrade, etc.), and risk exposure metrics
• Proven experience in managing or overseeing account management teams in a high-pressure, structured environment
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail and accountability
