Construction Estimator

As a Construction Estimator, you will perform quantity takeoffs, build labor and material estimates, and write clear proposals for insulation, drywall, and other specialty trades. You will also support winning bids, create handoff packages, and track awarded jobs against the estimate.

Requirements

• Ability to read residential and commercial plans and details
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic plan review tools
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to visit active job sites as needed
