Shipping and Receiving lead

The Shipping and Receiving lead will oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, train and mentor warehouse staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership
• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
• Solid computer skills (ERP/WMS experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
