Requirements
- Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (Chemistry, CTF, Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in the role
- Knowledge of principles of Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence and their practical application
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Curiosity, proactivity, and orientation to the objective
- Excellent active listening and interfunctional approach to work
