Lean Manufacturing Specialist

The Lean Manufacturing Specialist will ensure better quality and reduction of times and costs in the company's production processes by creating a culture of continuous improvement and identifying efficiency projects. They will also support their supervisor and department heads on extraordinary and transversal projects, and perform production data collection/analysis activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical-scientific disciplines (Chemistry, CTF, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in the role
• Preferably from the pharmaceutical sector or similar
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles and their practical application
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Curiosity, proactivity, and goal-oriented approach
• Excellent active listening and interfunctional work approach skills
