Requirements
- Legal & Corporate Affairs: Assist in the drafting, review, and amendment of contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to corporate operations and business activities.
- Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Support the monitoring of compliance with applicable requirements, internal policies, and contractual obligations.
- General Duties: Perform any other duties related or incidental to the role, as reasonably required by the Employer.
