The Field Operations Section is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure of Technical Assistance and Technical Cooperation projects. The position requires a feasibility study on the restructuring of civil aviation, recommendations for a civil aviation structure, and other related duties.
Requirements
- University degree or appropriate academic and technical training in one or more of the major fields of civil aviation.
- Experience in the restructuring of a civil aviation organization.
- Experience in the formulation of civil aviation policy and in the preparation of organizational plans, regulations and procedural documents for aviation services and for relevant human resources development.
- Awareness of modern management principles and techniques as related to civil aviation management and the day-to-day operations of a civil aviation administration.
- Ability to express views clearly and to prepare concise reports.
- Sound understanding of financial management as well as aviation revenues and expenditures.
