Job Description
The ICAO Programme for Aviation Volunteers (IPAV) seeks a Part-time ICAO Roster-IPAV Expert to perform related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a first-level university degree in an aviation-related field and at least 7 years of experience in a national or international aviation organization. The volunteer will be responsible for assisting with the identification of priority development requirements across civil aviation and carrying out resources mobilization with multilateral and bilateral development partners and industry.
Requirements
- A first-level university degree in an aviation-related field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in the required field of specialization within a national/international aviation organization.
- Familiarity with related ICAO annexes, recommended practices and related documentation is required.
- A good command of oral and written English is essential.
- A working knowledge of French or another official language of the Organization (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) is desirable.
