Copy of Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance - Associate / Assistant Vice President

iCapital is looking to hire a Strategic Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will involve large scale responsibilities across financial and managerial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis of key financial and performance indicators, monthly and quarterly management reporting duties, and partnership with key business and department Leads to enhance decision making.

Requirements

• Support the budgeting and forecasting of the company's key financial performance indicators
• Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget process
• Develop key financial and performance metrics with detailed analytics
• Liaise with FP&A team members to develop business specific key performance metrics
• Identify and assess key opportunities to enhance the current reporting structure
• Partner with FP&A team members and sales to develop monthly analyses and insights
• Support the preparation of monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages
• Identify and remediate process gaps and implement effective internal controls
• Assist in completing ad hoc projects as needed
