Corporate Development & Strategy - Vice President / Senior Vice President

iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the Corporate Development and Strategy team to drive long-term growth across the wealth and alternatives ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7-15+ years of experience in corporate development or strategy, investing (PE/VC), investment banking, or a similar strategic role
• Experience in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment. A financial technology or financial services background is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and strategic negotiations

Benefits

• Base salary range: $165,000 to $220,000
