Private Capital Fund Finance - Associate

iCapital is looking for an Associate to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team to focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration duties. This individual will work closely with other team members, vendors, senior management, and clients on a variety of accounting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3 to 6 years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience
• Alternative investments fund administration and operations is a plus
• Advanced degree and/or credentials, or progress towards MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation is a plus
• Passion for the application of innovative technology
• Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment
• Organized and detail oriented with big picture capability
