Office Manager

The primary role of this position is to supervise and control the activities and operations of an Optical Outlets office, including training new hires, maintaining products and equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Train new hires for various positions within Optical Outlets' offices
• Supervise and control the operation of the office
• Maintain all products, equipment, and supplies in the office
• Maintain office operations within controllable expense budgets
• Comply with proper promotional, merchandise, and display policies and practices
• Maintain positive patient/customer and public relations
• Establish professional relations with all doctors
• Provide coaching in new product introduction, technical, and selling techniques
• Supervise and follow up on all insurance and billing for the office
• Reconcile all financial reports
• Supervise and coordinate all Doctor appointment scheduling
• Perform all tasks assigned by the District Manager
