Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with ABA Centers of America, supporting individuals with autism, teaching daily living skills, and implementing therapy sessions. Paid training and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey)
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Ability to attend 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
