Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Part-Time

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to support individuals with autism in various settings like home, community, and centers. The role involves teaching daily living skills, collecting data, collaborating with a team, and supporting clients’ needs. There is also an opportunity for career advancement to positions like Lead RBT and BCBA. The position requires a commitment to ongoing training and a reliable vehicle.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey)
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• Ability to attend 40-hour fulltime paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• Ability to attend required paid training program
