The Finance Business Partner - Corporate & Operations is a key role, directly supporting the Corporate and Operations functions by collaborating closely with three members of ICEYE's executive team. This role is responsible for ownership of Corporate and Operations forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of proven experience in financial planning, business partnering, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A proactive self-starter with a hands-on mindset and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to operate credibly in technical and operational discussions, challenge assumptions, and translate complexity into clear financial trade-offs for senior decision-makers.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the technology sector or in large-scale technology organizations is considered a strong advantage.
