Account Specialist - Home Energy Advisor

The Home Energy Advisor plays a pivotal role in the success of our single-family residential program by combining strong project management with community engagement and program coordination. The role bridges the gap between technical execution and participant support, ensuring that residential retrofit and remodel projects are completed efficiently, equitably, and in alignment with community needs.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and oversee residential retrofit and remodel projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring accountability, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress evaluations
• Assist in preparing and finalizing scopes of work for each participant
• Review and interpret residential building codes to ensure compliance
• Support stakeholder engagement through regular updates, discussions, and alignment on goals
• Provide community insights through QA/QC processes and participant feedback
• Manage incentive layering coordination and follow-up surveys
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
