The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential retrofit and remodel projects from planning through completion, manage contractor relationships, and ensure quality and compliance with residential codes.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee residential retrofit projects from planning through completion
- Manage contractor relationships, ensuring accountability, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Assist in preparing and finalizing each participant's scope of work
- Review and interpret residential building codes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards
- Conduct site visits, site inspections, and progress evaluations
- Work closely with installers to manage installation and QA/QC processes
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage incentive layering coordination, follow-up surveys, and continuous improvement practices
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively
- Support program participation efforts by building trust with clients and explaining project scope and benefits
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
