Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential retrofit and remodel projects from planning through completion, manage contractor relationships, and ensure quality and compliance with residential codes.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee residential retrofit projects from planning through completion
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring accountability, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Assist in preparing and finalizing each participant's scope of work
• Review and interpret residential building codes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards
• Conduct site visits, site inspections, and progress evaluations
• Work closely with installers to manage installation and QA/QC processes
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage incentive layering coordination, follow-up surveys, and continuous improvement practices
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively
• Support program participation efforts by building trust with clients and explaining project scope and benefits
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
