Program Manager - Electrification

We are seeking a Program Manager to support program implementation of ICF implemented utility electrification programs. As a Program Manager, you will support the development and management of one or more programs, mentor team members, support design and implementation strategies, and support the execution of marketing and recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Resources, Engineering, Policy, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing or supporting utility, energy, infrastructure, sustainability, or customer facing programs, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement or related work experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.
