Project Manager - Disaster Recovery, Housing and Community Development Training & Technical Assistance (REMOTE ROLE)

ICF is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to lead technical assistance and capacity building efforts for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development as part of the Community Compass Technical Assistance program. The position will be responsible for leading and supporting a range of technical assistance engagements, providing direct guidance to grantees, and overseeing the development of products and training materials designed to help support federally-assisted disaster recovery and community development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or other relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of experience working directly with CDBG-DR programs
• Minimum 2 years Project management and personnel management skills and experience developing and implementing project/team processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of how housing, community and economic development, and disaster recovery programs are implemented at the state and/or local levels
