Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician (Facility) to focus on the rigorous maintenance of HVAC systems and essential pumps, alongside managing Fire Safety and EHS compliance.
Requirements
- In charge of all Facilities equipment’s repairs and maintenance
- Manage to do preventive Maintenance for all the AHUs, MAHU’s, FCU, Ceiling Cassette, Dryer’s, Pumps and all related to facilities.
- Ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance to EHS rules and regulations
- Maintain good housekeeping at work and ensure that all operational equipment is functioning
- Good follow up on all repairs or maintenance matters
- To ensure all technical issues are identified and handled efficiently
- Manage and supervise external maintenance vendors
