Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and professional material handler to join our warehouse department. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking inventory stock, documenting orders, and storing stocks.
Requirements
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, shelves, and other storage areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to supervisors
- Move materials to designated workstations, storage areas, or production lines
- Ensure materials are stored in accordance with safety and organizational standards
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling materials
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Participate in safety training and drills
