Technical Project Manager Manufacturing Capabilities Deployment

Ichor Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs for manufacturing capability deployment, including NPI and product development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI and product development programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including system integration, test, welding, and surface treatment.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and global operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and Gantt chart development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
