Senior Design Manager, AI

Role Overview

Lead the Rovo & AI Design team to evolve the product and brand experience for Rovo, our flagship AI experience. Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create improvements to AI-driven features.

What You Will Do

Recruit, mentor, and support a growing design team, develop an elegant user experience, and ship high-quality work. Work with product teams to unlock team productivity with search, chat, knowledge discovery, and AI agents.

7+ years of experience in Design Leadership roles, strong belief in the power of AI tools, and experience working with scaled systems and different methods for designing.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Design Leadership roles as a direct manager
• Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously
• Strong belief in the power of AI tools to enhance and accelerate daily productivity
• Experience on design infrastructure teams and working across a suite of products
• Track record in working with scaled systems and different methods for designing
• Positive collaboration history with other departments, like Engineering, Product Management, and Research
