Engineering Manager

ICL is seeking an Engineering Manager for its St. Louis MO facility. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering. The role involves developing and executing capital plans, overseeing project timelines and financials, and providing direction to project managers. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good mechanical aptitude and proficiency in electrical design and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience, in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficient in all project management fundamentals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to mentor, grow, and develop others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
