Global Trade Compliance Lead

As the Global Trade Compliance Lead, you will develop, maintain and execute a comprehensive global compliance program that ensures the organization’s adherence to applicable import, export, sanctions and customs regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, partner closely with cross-functional teams and provide practical, risk-based guidance on complex trade-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in global import/export trade compliance.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations (export controls, customs, sanctions, trade agreements).
• Experience developing and implementing global trade compliance programs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to translate complex legal or regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.
• Cross-cultural awareness and proven ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
