Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the provision of services, assisting with the oversight of administrative processes, and clinical supervision of staff in the Staying OnTrack program setting.
Requirements
- Assist with oversight of the day-to-day clinical operation of the clinic
- Provide direct individual & group clinical supervision to program staff
- Provide relevant trainings to staff
- Model and coach staff in recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care
- Conduct Quality Assurance documented chart review and audit
- Train new staff on the use of the electronic health record
- Work with administrative, medical leadership, quality assurance, information services, facilities, and fiscal staff
- Participate in the Interviewing and selection of program staff
- Provide direct services and crisis management to a limited caseload
- Other clinical and administrative duties, as assigned
