At iCodde, we are looking for a Patrimonial Banker Jr to drive the growth of patrimonial capture through the attraction, management, and loyalty of clients with investment capacity, offering financial solutions aligned with their objectives, risk profile, and the current regulatory framework.

Requirements

• Prospecting and attracting patrimonial clients, prioritizing individuals with investment capacity in line with assigned goals.
• Management and growth of personal portfolio, maintaining high levels of retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
• Promotion and placement of investment products such as PRLV and Certificates of Deposit, explaining conditions, terms, yields, and risks in a clear and consultative manner.
• Preparation of investment proposals consistent with the client's profile, internal policies, and compliance criteria.
• Follow-up on renewals, maturity, and reinvestment, ensuring operational continuity and preventing resource leaks.
• Active collaboration with the Regional Subdirector and the Banking Attendant Specialist for formalization and administrative management processes.
• Strict compliance with internal regulations, regulatory guidelines, KYC, and anti-money laundering policies.
• Monitoring and reporting of key indicators: quarterly capture, portfolio retention, average investment time, and customer profitability.
