Job Description
Senior Clinical Research Associate position at ICON plc. The successful candidate will oversee and manage clinical trial activities, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The role involves monitoring clinical trial sites, conducting site visits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic)
