Job Description
ICON plc is looking for a motivated Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their dedicated CRA team in France. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in independent external monitoring of commercial studies within CRO or Pharma/Biotech companies. The role involves leading by example and setting the standard of excellence in a challenging career program.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a CRA in pharmaceutical/Biotech companies or a CRO
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
