Job Description
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional meals. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie, excellent technical knowledge, and a passion for food and wine pairing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2-year experience as a Chef De Partie in a first-class culinary environment
- Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles and ingredients
- A proven understanding of and sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge
- Interprovincial Journeyman’s Certificate an asset
- Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the position
- Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from our location
