Job Description
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team at Home Block Restaurant at CedarCreek Estate Winery in Kelowna, B.C. As a Line Cook, you will contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for all guests and learn to be responsible for a station within the Home Block Kitchen.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar standard of kitchen
- Self-starter with high standards and a team player
- Solid cooking techniques, ingredient and seasonality knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive work ethic and professional attitude
- Current 'Food Safe' certification (or equivalent)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced kitchen that makes everything from scratch
