Job Description
Join our culinary team at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery as a Sous Chef. You will be responsible for the daily execution of the Terrace menus and leading the kitchen brigade. We offer comprehensive paid training, wine education, and competitive pay. Requirements
- Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles
- Ability to cost menu items and conduct monthly inventory
- Proven understanding of and a sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge
- āFood Safeā certification (or equivalent) required
- Second language considered an asset
