Job Description
Iconica is looking for a Concrete Carpenter to join our team. As a Concrete Carpenter, you will work alongside carpenters to perform a variety of responsibilities related to rough and finish carpentry as well as pouring and finishing concrete.
Requirements
- Experience placing and finishing interior and exterior concrete slabs
- Experience laying-out, forming, and placing concrete footings
- Experience laying-out, forming and pouring concrete walls using Advance forms
- Experience in stick built and prefabricated wood construction
- Knowledge of construction and carpentry equipment and tools
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Dedication to job site safety
- Experience in layout and job set-up
- Effective working individually and within team environments
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
