On-Site Support Engineer position at a Mexican company specializing in Information Technologies, providing technical support and ensuring operational continuity of technological services in a high-demand industrial environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technologies, Communications, and Networks or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site support, infrastructure and communications, networks and end-user support.
- Intermediate to advanced technical English (B2): Reading 80%, Writing and conversation 50%
- Availability to work in shifts.
- Availability to remote or on-site attendance in case of critical incidents.
- Occasional availability for travel.
