R&D Chemist, Coatings

Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is seeking an R&D Chemist to join our Andover, MA laboratory. This role is responsible for the design, development, optimization, and scale-up of advanced coating systems.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in coatings or materials formulation
• Strong understanding of polymer and coating chemistry
• Experience designing and interpreting structured experiments and performance data
• Familiarity with coating characterization techniques and application methods
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
