Implementation Training Specialist

The Implementation Training Specialist role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting clients through the change associated with the Homecare Homebase deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting clients on software use, following implementation methodology, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires extensive travel and client-facing training time to support clients as they go live on the Homecare Homebase software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Current driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
• Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Medical/healthcare experience is a plus
