Job Description
ID.me is seeking a Staff Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across GTM and G&A teams. The ideal candidate will own recruiting strategy and execution, partnering with leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven success building and managing disciplined, repeatable recruiting processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
