The Business Process Engineer is responsible for accelerating the Bank’s digital transformation through the deployment of AI-driven solutions and optimization of end-to-end business processes.
Requirements
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop integrations with core banking systems, enterprise applications, and third-party financial platforms.
- Understand and evaluate end-to-end business processes, including AI frameworks, and redesign them to enable AI-driven solutions and workflows across banking operations.
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure all solutions meet banking industry compliance standards and data governance requirements.
- Connect processes, systems, and data to ensure regulatory traceability and audit readiness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers and IT vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Break down complex business and technical challenges into manageable components using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Drive technology adoption and innovation across departments while managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Perform data analysis and build dashboards to support decision-making and regulatory reporting.
- Create and maintain process diagrams using modeling tools.
- Manage cross-departmental and cross-functional relationships.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and regulators.
