Mortgage Loan Collector

We are looking for driven and reliable Mortgage Loan Counselors to join our Loan Servicing team. As a Counselor you will be responsible for connecting with borrowers who are past due on their mortgage accounts, working with them to identify resolutions and home retention options.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in debt collections, mortgage servicing, or related roles preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
