Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production maintenance, packaging maintenance, and electrical maintenance to ensure plant equipment and structures are in good operating condition. The role manages maintenance personnel, coordinates with operations, and oversees maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
- At least three years of experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Ability to read, comprehend, and compose instructions and policies
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and CMMS's (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills
