Job Description
IDEA El Paso Region is seeking an Instructional Assistant Principal (IAP) to manage, coach, and develop teachers. This role focuses on student progress towards college, aiming for 100% completion and a measurable goal attainment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
- Experience managing/coaching others preferred
- Proven track record of achieving success in the K-12 setting
- Knowledge of core academic subject assigned and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment
