Job Description
IDEA Permian Basin Region is seeking an Instructional Assistant Principal to manage and develop teachers, monitor student progress toward college goals, and enhance teaching effectiveness. This role focuses on academic success, accountability, and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience managing/coaching others preferred
- Knowledge of core academic subjects
- Strong ability to coach teachers
- Experience managing/coaching teachers
- Knowledge and skills: ability to assess content, and classroom management.
