8th Grade CTE Principles of Business Teacher - IDEA Bluff Springs College Prep (26-27)

IDEA Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers instruct 8th-12th grade students in a variety of subjects, including agriculture, architecture, arts, business, education, energy, health science, hospitality, human services, information technology, law, manufacturing, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and transportation. Teachers are responsible for implementing state learning standards and IDEA curricula, assessing student progress, and adjusting instruction to meet ambitious academic expectations.

Requirements

• High level of content-area proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting
• State certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
