Job Description
The Academy Principal will lead the school culture, instructional systems, operational systems, family engagement systems, and staff culture and talent management. They will make strategic hiring, retention, and promotion decisions, and coach other leaders to do the same. The principal will also plan how to use the campus discretionary funds to achieve the campus priorities and driving goals.
Requirements
- Directly manage campus leadership (i.e. Assistant Principals of Instruction, Assistant Principal of Operations, Director of College Counseling, etc)
- Supervise Admin Assistant
- Travel to IDEA training events or step-back may be required
