Job Description
Prospect Researcher position responsible for conducting donor research and providing critical data support to IDEA Advancement. The role involves identifying and validating new prospects, maintaining the integrity of the CRM, and developing and implementing prospect research systems.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in full-time prospect research roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
