Job Description
The Regional Content Coach will design and deliver effective content training, conduct classroom observations, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. They will expand the knowledge, skills, and toolkits of campus leaders to engage all students in learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience
- Experience as a content coach, instructional coach, or schools leader preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based content practices and instructional strategies
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective professional development sessions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data to inform instructional decisions
- Knowledge of current literacy trends and research
- Ability to impact student outcomes at scale through influence
