Job Description
The Regional Director of Literacy and Data-Driven Instruction is a senior instructional leader at IDEA Greater Cincinnati responsible for improving K-3 reading outcomes and building a data-driven instruction culture. This role requires deep literacy experience, coaching, and collaboration with regional leaders.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in PK-12 education with significant leadership, management, and supervisory responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Educational Leadership and/or Administration preferred
- Experience as a High School Principal, Secondary Education District Leader, or Charter Start Up Leader preferred
- Experience in Visual and Performing Arts, CTE, Expeditionary Learning – EL Education preferred
