Job Description
IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Special Education RISE Teacher to join our team. As a RISE Teacher, you will ensure that students with significant disabilities reach their fullest potential by teaching all subjects and providing resources, education, and emotional support to families. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Valid Texas state certification in Special Education
- Experience in a Special Education classroom setting with students who have significant disabilities
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
