Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will receive and process vendor invoices, reconcile business accounts, and participate in the accounting month-end close process.
Requirements
- Solid 2-3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
- Strong attention to detail, verbal, and communication skills
- Previous experience working with ESRP Systems (MS Dynamics a plus)
- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Self-Motivated, good interpersonal skills, responsible, & organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
